GIC will update all tracked dates and deadlines for a transaction if a counterproposal or amendment are created and mutually executed. Create an Amend/Extend and only fill in the dates and deadlines that are changing.
Guide — Create an Amend/Extend:

From your Deal Room, click "Create an Amend" in Quick Actions. The system will automatically create a new Amend document and take you into the editing view.

Fill out your amend/extend document.

Send your amend/extend to your client for signature.

Once your client(s) have executed, click 'Share Docs with Buyer's Agent' to send the Amend to the other agent.
