Once you are under contract, GIC will automatically track the dates & deadlines that were entered into the Contract to Buy and Sell, and Counterproposal (if applicable). If you need to Amend any dates, before or after going under contract, click the 'Create an Amend' button in your quick actions.
Note: only fill out the dates and deadlines that you'd like to change in this document, you do not need to fill out all the dates from the original D&D table.
Guide to Adding an Amend/Extend in Deal Room:

Select "Create an Amend"

Fill out your amend/extend document, inputting dates and deadlines that are changing.

Send your amend/extend to your client for review or request client signature.

Once executed by your side of the transaction, share document with the listing agent using the Submit Docs to Listing button.
