Create a Counterproposal in Deal Room (Buyside)

If you create a Counterproposal in a GIC Deal Room using our documents, our system will track any/all updated terms or dates/deadlines that are filled out within the counterproposal for you. We make the counter process very simple:

  1. Within your Deal room, click "Create a Counter" in your quick actions.

  2. Click Auto-fill to pull in data.

  3. Then fill out any changing dates & deadlines, or updated terms.

  4. Click back to your Deal Room tab and send to your client for signature.

  5. Once your client has signed, click the 'Submit Docs to Listing' button to share with the other agent.

  6. If the counterproposal is accepted, the system will automatically update any changes and track them for you throughout the transaction.
