From your Deal Room, add a Notice to Terminate by using PDF Upload (if it already exists) or using 'Add a DORA Document' to add a system version of the document for quick and easy filling.

Request Client Signatures on the Notice to Terminate

Once your client has signed, use the 'Submit Docs to Listing' button at the top right of your Deal Room, and select the Notice to Terminate to share it with the listing agent.

Your transaction is terminated, and you'll see that most buttons in the Deal Room are deactivated.
- If you'd like to duplicate the offer to resubmit it, you can claim your free account and our system will duplicate all existing documents into a new offer transaction where you can edit the CBS and resubmit. Find a tutorial on how to duplicate and resubmit in our articles here.
