Create Multiple Client Group

Below we'll cover advanced client creation and walk you through the steps to add a new client group or entity. - For a detailed overview of creating a listing, watch this video demo. - For a guide on creating individual clients, head over to this article. Quick Video Tutorial: Step by Step Guide: 1. Navigate to https://app.getincontract.com/ 2. Click "Clients" 3. Click "New Client" 4. Click "Multiple Clients". 5. Enter in how you would like your clients to appear on contracts. Then enter their emails and names. If you need to add more clients, click "+Add Another Client". 6. Click "Next" once you have filled out all the necessary information. 7. It will then ask you whether or not you would like to send your client an email invitation. If you keep this toggled at no you can send at a later time. If you toggle to yes this will pull up a modal to send your clients an email invitation. Click "Done" to create your client profile. Tip! It is free for you client to create an account but NOT required in order for them to sign documents. In their account they will be able to follow along the transaction, see their dates and deadlines, sign documents, and upload their own documents. 8. If you toggle this to yes you will be able to send your clients an email invitation. You can customize the email or apply template if you have one. When you are ready click "Done" to create your client profile. 9. When you create a group of clients, this will also create individual accounts for each person in the group. To transact with the group, you can click on the group but you also have the option to transact individually with each member of the group. 10. Click "Hannah & Joseph Smith" to be taken into their profile. Here you can create representation documents, start a transaction, as well as view the active and passive transactions within the group. ​ ​ Next Lesson: Edit Client Details Click here to add an Exclusive Right to Buy or Sell to a client profile. Add an Individual Client

Quick Video Tutorial: Step by Step Guide: 1. Navigate to app.getincontract.com 2. Click the "Clients" tab. 3. Click "New Client" 4. Select "Individual Client". 5. Add their name, phone number and email. 6. Once you have filled everything out, click "Next". 7. It will then ask you whether or not you would like to send your client an email invitation. If you keep this toggled at no you can send at a later time. If you toggle to yes this will pull up a modal to send your clients an email invitation. Click "Done" to create your client profile. Tip! It is free for you client to create an account but NOT required in order for them to sign documents. In their account they will be able to follow along the transaction, see their dates and deadlines, sign documents, and upload their own documents. 8. If you toggle this to yes you will be able to send your clients an email invitation. You can customize the email or apply template if you have one. When you are ready click "Done" to create your client profile. 9. Your will see your client profile is created. Click on the name of your client to open their profile. 10. This is where you can add representation documents, create a transaction, see their active and past transactions and send the email invitation if you haven't already. 11. Click "Create New Representation" to start any representation documents Select whether your client is buying or selling and then click "Create New Representation". 12. Then click, "Add Documents". 13. You can either search for a document or click on "Launch Quick Start" to see a list of documents you can add to the represenation. 14. Select any documents you want to add to your client profile, then click "Add Documents". 15. Once the document(s) is added, click on the link to start filling it out. Tip! Anytime you are filling out a document it is autosaving your work as you go. You never have to click a save button. 16. Once inside the document, you can: apply a template if you have created one, then click auto-fill which will add any information the system can find to the document. Once it's filled out, you can send it to your client using the "Send Message" button and sign it using the "Sign" button. 17. Click "Roy Smith" to go back to the client profile. Create Legal Entity

Step By Step Guide: 1. Navigate to https://app.getincontract.com/ 2. Click "Clients" 3. Click "New Client". 4. Select "Legal Entity". 5. Enter in how you would like the entity to appear on all documents. Then add the emails and names of the members of the legal entity. 6. Once you have finished filling out the information click "Next". 7. It will then ask you whether or not you would like to send your client an email invitation. If you keep this toggled at no you can send at a later time. If you toggle to yes this will pull up a modal to send your clients an email invitation. Click "Done" to create your client profile. Tip! It is free for you client to create an account but NOT required in order for them to sign documents. In their account they will be able to follow along the transaction, see their dates and deadlines, sign documents, and upload their own documents. 8. If you toggle this to yes you will be able to send your clients an email invitation. You can customize the email or apply template if you have one. When you are ready click "Done" to create your client profile. 9. When you create a legal entity, this will also create individual accounts for each person in the entity. To transact with the entity, you can click on the group but you also have the option to transact individually with each member of the group. 10. Click on the entity to be taken into the profile. Here you can create representation documents, start a transaction, as well as view the active and passive transactions within the group. 11. Click "Client List" to be taken back to your client list. 12. Click on any of the members of the trust. 13. Click "Resend Invite" if you would like to resend the email invitation for your client to create their GIC account. If you have not sent the invite yet this will say "Send Invite". Once you client joins you will see "Joined" listed here.

Clients Sharing an Email

Creating Clients Who are Using the Same Email Made by Rachel Kling with Scribe 1. Navigate to https://app.getincontract.com/ 2. Click "Clients". 3. Click "New Client" 4. Click "Multiple Clients" or if you are creating a legal entity click "Legal Entity". 5. Enter in how you would like the clients to appear on documents. Then enter the email that is being used and the name of the client. Click "+Add Another Client" to add the next client. Enter in the same email and their name. 6. Once you have entered in all of the information click "Next". 7. It will then ask you whether or not you would like to send your client an email invitation. If you keep this toggled at no you can send at a later time. If you toggle to yes this will pull up a modal to send your clients an email invitation. Click "Done" to create your client profile. Tip: Tip! It is free for you client to create an account but NOT required in order for them to sign documents. In their account they will be able to follow along the transaction, see their dates and deadlines, sign documents, and upload their own documents. 8. If you toggle this to yes you will be able to send your clients an email invitation. You can customize the email or apply template if you have one. When you are ready click "Done" to create your client profile. 9. You can then click on the group to transact with the group or you can click on the individual profiles to transact with members of the group separately. 10. When you send your clients a document to sign they will each receive an individual email addressed to them. This way they can click on their email addressed to them and sign the document.
