Client of a GIC Agent - Accepting Your Free Account

As a client of a GIC Agent, you'll get a free account for life. You can treat your account like your 'property dropbox' and upload any documents related to your home and/or homeownership. That way, your important property documents will be organized and stored safely whenever you need them. You are not required to sign up for GIC in order to sign documents. If you do not want your free account, simply ignore the email invitation. Review the article on how to sign documents here. Step by Step Guide - Claiming your free client account: - You'll receive an email invitation from your agent to join them in GIC. Click on the "Accept Invitation" button to create your free GIC account. - Create a password. - Click "Join Workspace" - Click "Go to Dashboard" - This will drop you into your home dashboard. - Here you will see "All Documents", "Signable Documents", "Transactions", and Your Dates and Deadlines when you are under contract. - Click on "Configure" to customize your home dashboard. - You can select which widgets you would like to see. - Click "My Agents" to see the agent(s) you are working with and the client groups you are a part of. - Click "Documents" to view all your documents. - Click "Transactions" to view your transactions. - Click on the link to the transaction to go into the transaction page. - Here you can see your dates and deadlines when you are under contract, sign documents, and upload any documents you would like to store relating to this property. - Click on your name at the top to view your profile. - Add your information under "Profile". - Click "Signature" to update your signature you use for signing. - Click "Change Password" to update your password if needed. - Click on any document to open and sign if needed.
