Adding Third Parties to Your Transaction

Step by Step Guide: 1. Navigate to your transaction in GIC. 2. Click "Add People". 3. Select the type of 3rd party you would like to add. 4. Click "TC" if you are adding your TC. 5. Add their email, name, make sure the identity is selected correctly and then click "Send Invite". 6. Click "Add People" 7. Click "Title Reps/Lenders" to add a title or lender. 8. If they title company is in GIC you can search for the company and then click "Show Details." 9. Find your closer and click "Add to Transaction". 10. If your title or lender are not part of GIC click "Add People". 11. Click "Title Reps/Lenders" 12. Toggle to "3rd Party" 13. Add their name, email and select their identity and then click "Send Invite". 14. To add a co-agent click "Add People". 15. Click "Co-agent" 16. Add their name, email and select them as "Seller Agent". 17. If your co-agent isn't part of GIC, toggle to "External". 18. Click "Send invite" 19. Click "People" to see your list of people part of this transaction. Watch our visibility video to see how to grant access to documents to certain vendors. (TC's automatically get access to everything but title reps and lenders do not have access to documents until you make them available to them.)

Visibility of Documents

Step by Step Guide 1. Navigate to your listing or offer in GIC. 2. Select "Vendor" to add Title Rep or Lender. 3. If you see your Title company here in the vendors tab click show details to add the closer. If you don't see the title company, toggle to 3rd Party. 4. Then add the name, email and select the identify of the person you are adding. 5. Once the information is added, you will send them an invite to create their FREE GIC account. *It's not required they create an account but they will be able to view documents, upload documents and sign within the system. Tip: Tip! If your 3rd party rep decides to create an account, you will have grand them access to documents you would like them to see. The default is that vendor's and guests do not have automatic access to documents. 6. Click "Visibility" to adjust the visibility. 7. Check the documents you would like them to be able to see. 8. Once selected, click "Edit Visibility". 9. You will notice the title rep does not have any access yet. 10. Click "Has Access" 11. Click "Save" 12. Now when you title rep logs in they will be able to see the documents you granted visibility of.

Add a Transaction Coordinator

Step by Step Guide 1. Navigate to your listing or offer in GIC. 2. Click "Add People" 3. Select "TC" 4. Add their email, name and select their identity as "TC". 5. You can write them a message and then click "Send Message" This will send your TC an invitation to create their FREE GIC account. Once they create their account once, when you invite them to the next transaction they can just log in to your account. 6. Click "People" to view everyone part of your transaction. 7. Here you can see the TC and anyone else you have added to your transaction. 1. Your TC has the same permissions in GIC as you do the agent, with the exception that they cannot sign on your behalf.
