Submitting an Offer as a GIC Buyers Agent to an External Listing Agent

Step 1: Prepare Your Offer

  • Ensure your contract to buy and sell is fully signed and ready to submit.

  • Click on 'Submit offer' to begin the process.

Step 2: Confirm Submission to External Agent

  • A prompt will appear indicating that you are submitting to an external listing agent.

  • Click 'yes' to continue.

Step 3: Confirm Documents to Submit

  • Review the documents you wish to submit.

  • Click 'yes' to confirm and continue.

Step 4: Enter Agent's Information

  • Input the external agent's name and email address.

  • Optionally, include their license number or brokerage.

  • You can search for the agent by their name or license number if needed.

Step 5: Add a Message with Your Offer (optional)

  • Type a brief message to accompany your offer submission.

Step 7: Submit the Offer

  • Click 'Submit' to finalize the offer submission.

  • A confirmation will appear indicating that your offer has been submitted.

Step 8: Offer + Invite Sent to External Agent

  • The external agent will receive an email including your offer document and an invitation to join a listing deal room.

  • Once they accept, they will be able to collaborate with you throughout the transaction.

  • The external agent and their clients can sign documents seamlessly within the deal room, facilitating a smooth transaction process.
