Once your client exists in GIC, you can add and manage relationship-specific documents for them directly in their client profile. You can start a 'Representation' within the client, group, or entity, to then add documents directly in that profile (such as the Exclusive Right to Buy). This ensures your ERB will always be easy to find and separate from an offer transaction, since you may have multiple offer transactions per client.
Tutorial — Adding Representation Documents to Client Profile:
Tip! You must create a client first in order to add documents to their client profile.
- Navigate to https://app.getincontract.com/

- Click "Clients"

- Select the client you would like to create documents for.

- Within in the client profile, click "New Representation".

- Select whether the client is buying or selling.

- Click "Create New Representation"

- Click "Add Documents"

- Click "+ New Doc".

- Select the documents you would like to create.

- Click "Add Documents" when you have selected the documents you would like to add.

Tip! Once you have added the document(s) you can start to fill them out.
- Click on the document link.

- Once you are in the document, if you have created a template you can you click on "Template" to apply one.

- Clicking "Auto-fill" will fill out as much as the document possible based on information that the system has.

- Clicking "Apply" will add all the information the system can find into the document.

Tip! Everything that has a green background indicated that information came from a template or auto-fill. Everything with a blue background will be what you manually have to fill out.
- Once you have finished filling out your document, Click "Send Message" to send to your client for signature.

- You can easily add your client's email by clicking the blue "+ My Client" button.

- If you are ready for your client to sign, toggle from "Locked" to "Signable". If you would like to send this document as read only, keep this toggled at "Locked", then when you are ready for your client to sign, you can toggle to signable within the transaction.

- Click "Send Now".

- When you are ready to sign the document, click "Sign" at the top.

- Click "Begin Signing"

- Click "Sign"

- Click "Complete"

- Click on your client's name at the top to be taken back into their profile.

** Note: You can see a history of what you've sent to clients in the Message History at the bottom of the transaction. Resend a message at any time by clicking on it and selecting Resend Now.
