When a transaction is under contract and both sides are using GIC.
Step by Step Guide:
- Navigate to you GIC offer or listing.

- Click "Add New" to add the amend.

- Click "Document"

- Start typing "amend".

- Then select the amend extend document.

- Click "Add Documents"

- Click on the link to the amend to fill it out.

- Clicking "Auto-fill" will add information from the CBS and help fill out the amend as much as it can.

- Click "Apply" to add the data into the amend.

- Then update anything you need to change in the amend.

- Click "Send Message" to send the amend to your client to sign.

- Click "My Client" to add their email automatically.

- Toggle to "Signable" so that your client can sign.

- Click "Send Now".

- Click the "Amend" button to send this over to the other side.

- Select the amend document.

- You can choose to send the listing agent an email or just simply send the amend over by clicking continue.

- If you want to include a message use the toggle.

- Click "Continue"

- Enter in the message you would like to send.

- Click "Send Now"

- Once the amend is signed by both sides, if any dates were changed on the amend they will update automatically.
