How do I cancel my GIC subscription?

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. At the end of your billing period, your account will become a 'Limited Agent' account — you can continue to use basic GIC features for free, and previous transactions and documents will remain available to access for compliance.

Step by Step Guide — Cancel Your Subscription

1. Navigate to https://app.getincontract.com/

2. Click on your name at the top left hand side of the page.

3. Click on the "Billing" tab.

4. Click "Go to my Billing Portal"

5. Click "Cancel subscription"

6. Then click "Cancel Subscription".
