How to Create a Team:

Click on 'Admin' in your menu located on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Select Teams from the dropdown.

Click New Team

Enter a team name.

Choose a color for the team.

Add team members by clicking +Add Another and the input the email of the person you are adding.

You can add as many people here as you would like.

Assign roles to each member you add.

Click Create Team.
How to Share a Template with a Team:

Go to the Templates tab on the left-hand side menu.

Select the template you would like to share.

Click on the three dots under Actions.
-
Select Set Shares and find the team you just created.

Click Save to grant access to everyone on that team.
