Your client will have their own login to the system, with their own version of a dashboard. GIC will store all their important transaction documents for years to come, and offers agents a low-friction path to gain repeat business.
Clients will be able to view their listing or offer page, the same way agents do, and see/review any documents you have uploaded. However, they will not be able to execute a document until an agent toggles it to 'Signable'.
This protects agents and brokerages, eliminating any risk of clients signing the wrong offer or signing in the wrong signature field.
